beadLOCK is available in two sizes: 3/8" and 1/2". The 3/8" joint is ideal for projects such as cabinet doors, face frames and chair construction. The 1/2" size is suitable for larger projects like passage doors, dining tables and headboards. The beadLOCK kit is available in 3/8" size as well as in a dual kit. Additional tenon stock in both sizes is also available. And now we have router bits for woodworkers to make their own tenon stock.

To make 3/8" joints, this kit includes a beadLOCK jig with 3/8" guide block, two feet of tenon stock, a shim set and complete instructions.

To make both 3/8" and 1/2" joints, this kit includes a beadLOCK jig with one 3/8" and one 1/2" guide block, two feet of 3/8" and two feet of 1/2" tenon stock, a shim set and complete instructions.

Tenon stock is made of premium birch which is naturally stable and very strong. Additional tenon stock to fit both 3/8" and 1/2" beadLOCK joints, is available in packages of three one-foot lengths.

These carbide-tipped safety bits with a 1/2" shank are available in both 3/8" and 1/2" sizes and are intended for use on stationary router tables. Now woodworkers can make their own tenon stock in any wood species desired. |
